Every day we are talking to agents who have properties on and off market. We’ll contact our network to tell them what you’re looking for and get a list together of potential properties. We’ll then do all the research, inspections and deliver you a list of properties we know will suit your requirements.

Negotiate
We’ll do the deal for you. You set the price and we’ll negotiate on your behalf. We have established relationships with agents which makes it easier for us to get your budget requirements heard. Our aim is to get you the property you want, for the price you want.

Bid
If we go to auction, we can bid on your behalf. Auctions can be an emotional event – by having someone on our team bid on your behalf, you know that any last minute pressure from other bidders will not exceed your limits. We know how to play the auction game and would be happy to represent you.
